How much are we thinking about where we spend our hard earned money when we buy food at the grocery store?

Very Scary stuff! This is the ACTUAL label of Kraft Mac and Cheese sold in the UK. The SAME exact product is sold to us in the US with NO LABEL!!!

Even more reason to buy local and know where your food comes from! But we can't just hope to "buy local" and leave it at that, we have to advocate for labeling, because otherwise even local food, we won't actually know what's in our food we are feeding ourselves and our family!
